[Action Script] Single Seclect Logic May,2012

Hi,

I'm hoping someone can help me out. I'm looking to figure out the logic of a single select button.

Sort of like a radio button, but if the one selected, is selected again, it deselects and none are selected.

Any help is appreciated!
